What is it with thieving stealing wahms?
sorry but everyone who has stolen from me has been a wahm.
I have print screen of the stolen image on the thief's site and it matches one on my site that I put up going on 2 years ago!

Really do people not think the original owners will find out or what?
This morning I saw an ad posted on a group boasting about their grand opening so naturally I went to check it out and lo and behold an image from Affordable Mineral Makeup was found on their site.
They added text over it and cropped it but there’s no mistaking the background and the containers as being from Affordable Mineral Makeup.
I won’t ‘out’ the person on this blog yet, I did email her along w/the group owner, along with the hosting company and her tech people as well.
Why is it so damn difficult for people to take their own images and represent themselves as honest people rather than lying skanky a$$ thieves?
We’ll see if she acts accordingly and removes stolen image within 48 hours or if I will have to proceed legally against her. And, I will…
Seriously, what is it with all these WAHMS (and everyone who has stolen images/content from Affordable Mineral Makeup has been a wahm, thus the mention of them here) who think they can just go and steal images, content, etc. That just shows they’re hobbyist, wanna be’s who lack originality, integrity. I’ve owned this company for almost 2 years now and have built my reputation and all these wanna be’s who steal from me and think it’s ok are just unreal.
So, we wait for 48 hours and if my stolen image isn’t removed my lawyer gets to have fun… again!

Well crap, I went looking for screen shots to see but they aren't there lol PM me and tell me what company this is... I'm just nosy is all lol
I had someone put the text word for word even a spelling error from my site onto theirs before... I was MAD. Luckily we complained to freewebs (their host) and freewebs shut the site down!
I hope everything works out and they remove your image(s)!!!

Oh I have print screens of the site so when/if she removes the stolen content I still have proof it was there..
oh and it's actually multiple people or same person w/different aliases
and she reps for over 9 other companies, all of which were just emailed her info and proof she stole as well..
oh what the heck lets let the cat outta the bag...
Janel Ochao is the owner of divinelyelegantgifts.com where you'll find my images on her front page and other places!
She also has an Yvette Romero listed as owner of the domain but yet further research shows it's actually Janel....
sooooooo, suppose when people in NV wake up and get online they'll find an full inbox this morning!
48 hours and ticking and my lawyer's already waiting to go into action.
People don't grasp sowing and reaping, stealing is wrong, whatever happened to integrity and honesty?????

Hmmm I wonder if maybe she reps for a mineral make up company who has stolen your images, and maybe she's using their images??
I know it sucks to be ripped off in any way... I really do hope everything gets cleared up so you don't have to take legal action!

Oh, it doesnt bother me in any bit to take action against her.
I have a lawyer on hand to do that.
I've had things stolen before and most remove within time frame.
A few didn't and they were sued in federal court and lost and had to PAY.
So it's her choice... remove and take her own pics or go to Federal Court.

nope, she owns the site... so no excuses...
and see my Affordable Mineral Makeup reps ARE allowed to use the images on their own sites IF they have the disclaimer on there stating that all images/content are copyrighted and belong to Affordable Mineral Makeup and cannot be used, reproduced, copied or otherwise.
So this skank has no excuses.. other than she stole it! plain and simple!

What is wrong with these folks thinking they can steal graphics, articles, biz text ads and other stuff?
When I catch them and blast them for it...I usually get stupid butt replies like "I am new, I didn't know any better" type of crapola.
I don't buy that excuse one bit!
It's common sense...not to take property that doesn't belong to you and that includes articles, biz text ads, graphics and other things!

and that was her exact excuse
she's new and didn't know better... blah blah blah...
sorry but my kids have known since they were like TWO that stealing is WRONG and not to do it... how can grown women not know that?????
