We had a spammer... I just checked earlier and there were no new posts... I checked again, and there had been 7 new posts, and a new user. They posted in general discussions... made a folder and posted 7 posts in there with a bunch of crap... IP, user name & email address have been banned!!
It took me FOREVER to remember HOW to delete them rofl... haven't had to do it in a while.

Was it all about China? I had one on another forum today with about 7 posts and had to ban the user too. Just a bunch of junk it was.

Honestly, I didn't pay THAT close of attention to the posts LOL
I just saw it was a bunch of junk and the user never posted an intro... just made their litter folder and spammed all in it....

There is someone that I have banned 12 times and she still comes back only for me to ban again...is there anyway to make it permanant lol?

I don't think there is much you can do...If she creates similar usernames take the part that is the same and add an *, and ban her email address. If the email address domain is the spammy kind, ban the email domain. I don't recommend banning IP address as others (legit) could have the same group of numbers.

Yea I figured that would be the case....it seems that forums like this(forumwise,forumwise etc)seems like spammers are more frequent on.
