Great article Tara!

My hubby is not good at following directions! He drives me nuts...he will try to fix something or put something together without reading instructions and it becomes a mess!

Yeah I agree with you on that!

I had a customer just pester me to death last week...I answered her question 8 times in 3 days and I answered it the same way each time. A simple 2 sentence answer was all that was needed.

I think she was just wanted a ear to talk to and I am a business person, not her best friend.
